In order to facilitate your desired lifestyle, Marcia and Steve are available to help you in their most creative and resourceful way with all aspects of your interior design project. Our services include:
Full service interior design including programing and conceptual design, space planning the arrangement of furnishings, selection and acquisition of furnishings and accessories, color and material selection, and delivery and installation. Consultation for details of design, and design support for smaller incremental projects. Consultation for the collection of fine art, antiques, antiquities, and Persian oriental rugs. Architectural assistance in support of interior design services including design drawings, working drawings, millwork and material installation diagrams, shop drawing review, and contractor supervision on behalf of our client. Full architectural services, if requested, are done under a contract separate from interior design services. Pre-construction consultation and design assistance in cooperation with our client’s architect or builder for the selection of color, materials, fixtures, and hardware that will be incorporated into the project.
Our compensation for these and other services may be determined by several different methods in order to ensure the best communication between designer and client, and to maximize our client’s comfort with the design process.
